Phone, e-mail, post on facebook pages, tweet... use all media at your disposal to contact the House members of the Transportation Conference Committee during this six-hour time period and urge them to include the RESTORE amendment in the committee's final report.
 
It's easy and quick - and we're working to deadline. The committee chair has asked that a report be ready during the first week in June.

SAMPLE SCRIPT:  “Hello, I’m    ______________,  a member of the Women of the Storm, a coalition of women across the Gulf Coast region.  I’m calling Rep _________________, who I know is a member of the Transportation Conference Committee.  We urge him/her to include RESTORE Act in the conference committee report for the Transportation Bill.  This amendment, approved by wide bi-partisan majorities in both chambers, directs 80% of the BP fine money to the five Gulf Coast states.  It is only fair that the penalty dollars go to the area that was affected by the spill and we are extremely grateful for his/her support of this important concept.”
